1. Any information you give us or other site users when registering, posting, listing, or replying to classifieds, in the feedback section (if applicable), through discussion forums, or while utilizing any other service offered by the site is referred to as “Your Information.” You acknowledge that we are only a platform for your online distribution and publication of Your Information, and that you are the only legitimate owner with all rights, title, and interest in Your Information. Only citizens of the Republic of India who are at least eighteen years old, capable of entering into a binding contract, and unrestricted by any currently enacted laws may use Roadsidebook.in, either through registration or through any other means. By using Roadsidebook, you represent that you are fully authorized to do so. The listing, posting, or information placed on the site on behalf of the legal entity is your responsibility, and you agree to be accountable for the same to other users of the website. If you access Roadsidebook by registration on the site or by any other means, you do so not as an individual but on behalf of a legal entity.
Material
Content on the Site includes information from other users, information from , and information about You. Except for Your Information, you agree not to copy, alter, or distribute any of the content, copyrights, or trademarks included in Roadsidebook. You acknowledge and agree that we make no guarantees regarding the veracity or accuracy of any listing.
Individual Data
By using Roadsidebook, you consent to Roadsidebook collecting, transferring, storing, and using any personal information you voluntarily provide on the Site. According to the details provided in our Privacy Policy, the data is managed and kept on our servers. By sending Roadsidebook your resume along with your responses, you authorize us to display it publicly so that anybody can view it at any time. In addition, you consent to receive marketing communications from us unless you notify us in writing through Roadsidebook and specify otherwise.
Overall
We reserve the right to amend the listing policy or this AUP at any time, and we may send you an email or post on the boards to let you know about these changes. The updated Listing Policy and/or AUP will take effect 30 days from the date of the update, whichever comes first. Alternatively, they may take effect when you post anything on the Site for the first time. This AUP will still be in effect even if we or our corporate affiliates share personal information with a different business as a result of a merger or acquisition.

Liability
In the event that the user violates the TOU, breaches any of the promises and representations made herein, or violates the rights of another, they must also agree to indemnify and hold Roadsidebook, its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, suppliers, and employees harmless from any claim or demand made by a third party. This includes reasonable attorney fees and court costs.
Regulating Law and Authority
The Republic of India’s laws shall govern and be construed in accordance with this AUP and the Privacy Policy, and the courts located in Vadodara shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters and disputes arising out of or relating to the Site.
